Lêpíe-vêlê Dêtîkè (/ˈlɘp˔e/ /ˈvɘlɘ/ [smooth; sleek] [broom]) is a subtropical Small Town located in the Vapíatacê Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Lêpíe-vêlê Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Lêpíe-vêlê Dêtîkè was founded by Kelelêv Trgfe, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Lêpíe-vêlê Dêtîkè has a yearly average temperature of 20°C (68°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 10°C (50°F). Overview

Lêpíe-vêlê Dêtîkè was founded durring the early 11th century, by Kelelêv Trgfe. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Kelelêv Trgfe.

Lêpíe-vêlê Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Lêpíe-vêlê Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Lêpíe-vêlê Dêtîkè is is constructed arround a series of premissive baked earthen mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. The wall has most of the feeatures of a typical castle wall, just on a much smaller scale and and budget. Notably brick isn't a particuarly soild choice for resisting siege weapons. Lêpíe-vêlê Dêtîkè's wall wouldn't hinder a proper army, but it is more than sufishent for bandits and other small marauding groups. The town's monster and outlaw focused fortifications have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.

Right off the bat Lêpíe-vêlê Dêtîkè hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. This wealth has brought the town nothing but neurosis, if you can believe your eyes. Everyone acts as if you’re out to take a piece of them. Every door is locked and every window barred. Efforts are made to make you feel welcome, but only in the public areas of the town, particularly the market.

Lêpíe-vêlê Dêtîkè has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Lêpíe-vêlê Dêtîkè's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.

Lêpíe-vêlê Dêtîkè has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

These structures were is decorated with carved stone or stucco reliefs and made use of colorful stone mosaics..
